The cancellation of a subscription is solely up to the account holder, which can be completed one of two ways; either directly on the OneClass account https://oneclass.com/payments or via written consent both of which need to be done before the renewal date and time. (The subscriptions renewal is time sensitive so if a yearly subscription is purchased on Jan 31st, 2019 at 2:00 PM, the cancellation will have to happen before Jan 31st, 2020 at 1:59 PM.)
